Poked the forum layout a little~

Aka created category Roleplay that has the current/future roleplays directly under it instead of them being under subforum. Hopefully everyone else finds this system easier too :3 it's like ONE CLICK LESS to get in the correct roleplay topic! Totally worth the half hour I stared at the settings wondering how the hell did I make it work earlier

Downside is that all moved posts apparently show as new posts... but meh, just hit the "mark all topics as read" in each forum and that will "fix" 'em~

Poked MOAR: Subforums for roleplays now show as their own... well subforums so if something is posted in the subforum there's no need to click the main forum open anymore to access to subforum. Also added the quick reply button (well actually I did that already a while ago and everyone has probably seen it and *blah blah* but yeah at least I made a public announcement about it too now XD
