I hate my computer at the moment, I mean like REALLY hate it. Windows update happens -> Internet stops working -> I have to do system recovery to get it working again. After that I stopped automatic updates to avoid that from happening again. Today I open computer and WTF?! ONCE AGAIN my Internet doesn't work! Nothing has been changed since yesterday so I have no idea what the fuck is up with it now. *grumble* I had to set WIRES between my computer and ADSL bridge to get it working. So much for wireless connection. (not that dangerous though as I have table computer) I'm really baffled, I tested my wireless adapter on sisters computer and it works just fine so that's not the problem. Then I tried switching it to different USB ports to see if that was the problem and either they are all broken or it's not the problem either. Then checking from device management it tells me that two of my USB ports seem to be malfunctioning somehow, still that's two out of 8 so I SHOULD have still 6 that actually work. Testing with memory stick I did find out which 3(!) don't work. =_= I'm seriously considering just throwing whole thing out of the window. So now I have super special scan that goes through every damn file going on that will take whole goddamnfucking day to see if it can find me some well hidden virus or something. Already found and removed 2 evil malwares with other program.
Sometimes I wonder if I should just stick with Wii, PS2 and DS to avoid all the computer annoyances. I'm starting to get sick of computers. =_= If I can't find anything I have the "joys" of reinstalling whole thing. Bah, humbug.
edit: okay so for anyone else who might have similar problems: remove the drivers, let computer find new devices and automatically install the needed drivers, hold your breath and....profit! I feel teeny bit stupid for not simply googling as a first thing to try
