Hawke looked thoughtful before agreeing. She had something there. "True that - or if we were in our finals stage and we were running late to our next one because of the late start of this one" And just then, he looked up to see who entered the room.
Ava turns around and notices a man come in, obviously he must be the teacher. Ava turns her body and faces the front to look at the teacher. As he was talking Ava hadn't had a clue what he muttered besides the fact if someone is later than him than they will be in deep shit basically. He decided to go through the names and as soon as he mentions Ava's name she answers, "here Sir."

After some time of waiting Reiss hears a voice slowly he lifts his head up and notices the teacher had arrived.
"When did he come in?" Reiss asks whispering to his brother.
"Just now I think? I wasn't paying attention my eyes were glued to this book," Caiden whispers placing the book on his desk.
"He is seriously miserable, something happen to him?"
"I don't know Reiss, why don't you ask him after he has finished with everything?" Caiden rolled his eyes
Anyway as the twins sat in the silent they were listening out for their names to be called out.

"You okay?" Asha asked quietly. Mallory nodded in silence.

"I wasn't actually done with the name call yet so I'm not sure of how many are missing overall, at least three though. What's their name? I'll check if they're mine." Jillian glanced at the boy, "Is the name there right?" The boy nodded so she told Hayato, "Heise, Joerg."

"Heise, Joerg." She replied and he glanced the list, "Ah yes he's mine, just send him here, I'll let him being late slip this time since that sounds like error from our part, I'll leave the door open." Why wasn't he even surprised that there was mess up with the schedules too?

"No you haven't missed anything. The professor's yet to show up. They have about another 10 minutes before I bail though," Alex shrugged. "There's late and then there's just being ridiculous. This isn't a special feature movie. This is class!"
„And here I thought you hadn’t been to the movies in years,“ Andy muttered with a grin, gently shoving Alex back towards their seats.

The teacher arrived not long after with a sour expression and went to call out everyone’s names. At some point his phone rang and he excused himself, "Excuse me for taking this call." And off he went. Andy leaned back, stretching lazily.
“So, this is what I missed breakfast for … Just awesome. If I were you and didn’t have enough sleep I’d probably be face down on the table at this point,” he grinned at Alex.

Going down the name list wasn’t terribly interesting, so at some point Max just opened up her notepad and started doodling. They were random things for the most part until she decided she might as well practice. Elyssa had liked her sketching so far, so maybe she wouldn’t mind.
“Umm … You don’t have to but would you mind holding your hand still for a bit?” she asked Elyssa quietly when the teacher went outside to answer his phone. “I’m really bad at drawing hands, I need to practice,” she added by way of explanation.

"Definitely not his fault indeed - you can tell by having a look at his papers ... - Which classroom was yours for today again 404 or 500?" "500." He replied rubbing his forehead. "That was everything, right? I'll see you in the lunch then."

For a while she considered just taking a nap and telling Max to wake her up if the lesson ever started. “Umm … You don’t have to but would you mind holding your hand still for a bit?” Max asked Elyssa quietly when the teacher went outside to answer his phone. “I’m really bad at drawing hands, I need to practice,” she added and Elyssa smiled and nodded, "Sure, do you want me to hold it in some specific way? I'll try to not move around too much."

"500." He replied rubbing his forehead. "That was everything, right? I'll see you in the lunch then." Jillian smiled, "Yes. Hope the class won't give you too much additional headache. See you." She clicked off and turned to Joerg, "Your correct classroom is 500, just head down the corridor to find it."

Image

"Thank you very much," Jörg got up and bowed slightly before he turned to the student. "Thanks," he smiled bit. "No deal man, good luck with your studies."

The door of classroom #500 was open when he arrived. He smiled at the teacher excusing, "Good morning, I'm sorry that I'm late - I didn't mean to cause trouble for you and Misses Kageya." He sighed and handed his timetable to the teacher, "The schedule put me in her class ..."

"Yes. Hope the class won't give you too much additional headache. See you." She clicked off and he sighed returning to the class. He cleared his throat to get their attention again "Apparently I'm allowing being late this time, there seems to be some mix up with the schedules given to some of you so in case your friends are missing, you might want to give them a quick call or text and let them know the right place is classroom 500." Just what he needed, even more going back on what he had just said. Short moment later a young man with long hair arrived to the classroom. "Good morning, I'm sorry that I'm late - I didn't mean to cause trouble for you and Misses Kageya." He sighed and handed his timetable to him, "The schedule put me in her class ..." He glanced at his timetable frowning, "Your whole schedule seems messed up for first year student since you definitely shouldn't be studying dark arts nor curses yet either." He sighed and rubbed his forehead, "I knew something like this would happen the second they introduced computer system in the picture... Oh well, we'll have to try finding out your real schedule somehow, for now just try asking around to see if any of your classmates have same courses you picked and ask them for the right classrooms after the lesson. What was your name again, I'll mark you present then find a seat somewhere."

He nodded, "Jörg Heise. - Will do, thanks for your understanding." Hayato nodded, taking few seconds to find his name from the list then fixed him listed as present. "Right. Then let's finish the name call first before we start the lesson..." He continued on with the name list.

When Jörg turned to glance around the classroom for free seats she grinned and pet the free desk next to hers. Because why not? She doubted he'd take the seat since they sat at the front and that obviously wasn't the most popular place but it never hurt anything to sort of suggest it.

“No, just hold it however you are comfortable,” she said.

"And here I thought you hadn’t been to the movies in years,“ the other boy muttered with a grin, gently shoving Alex back towards their seats.

Alex answered hearing his name called, then raised an eyebrow seeing the teacher answer his phone. That was definitely different. Most teachers wouldn't normally do things like that; however, once again, he had to remember, this wasn't the typical schooling, so things were probably done on a different level here as he listened to the conversation about a student being out of place. And here he thought he'd worry about getting lost, and yet someone else has been misplaced themselves. He glanced to see a slender long haired boy with an accent answer before taking a seat.

Seemed this day was getting off to an interesting start indeed. Now if he'd only stay AWAKE for it, he might be able to consider that thought as he felt his eyes strating to get heavy again...

Elyssa nodded and rested her hand over the desk. Max gave her another small smile before beginning to sketch. It would be a quick one, just maybe five minutes so she wouldn’t annoy the other girl too much. Once an art teacher had told her that hands were the bane of every artist’s existence; she could definitely agree with that.

Image

“And … I guess I’m not too far off the mark,” Andy added when Alex said nothing. He glanced over to see he was looking pretty much short of falling asleep. Leaning over he whispered, “Dude, just go ahead. I won’t tell. And I’ll wake you if anything interesting happens. You’re going to be really bad at cheering Emit up if you’re half asleep while doing it.” Another boy came into the class, apparently his schedule having been false, and the teacher went on with the name list. Really, if this was what the rest of the lesson looked like Alex was better off asleep anyway.

He continued on with the name list while Jörg turned around to search for a free seat. He smiled bit when he spotted Asha who was petting the free chair beside her.
"Morning," he murmured quietly as he sat down.
