Terces Academy Roleplay Thread (this is where the game is)

"Well it depends on the situation I guess. I can release fire like this," Caiden clicks his finger and a ball of fire appears, spinning like a planet on top of his finger. "Or I can let out fire like a flame thrower. Oh and also I do the simple manipulation," He smiled.
"How about yourself? What can you do with your fire power," Reiss replies.

"Um...well...yeah I can do an attack like our flame eater performer - I was raised in a circus troupe - but I have 2 in specific but they're only if I really need to protect myself. One I call the Fireball Shower in which I can conjure a giant fireball over my head that'll break off into different fireballs and send them at an opponent; the other I call Fire Dragon Fury in which it's a dragon controlled by me that will chase after an opponent firing fireballs at them. I can also form wings out of fire and fly. I did that when i first arrived to check out how big the island was, heh" he chuckled.


She scratched her neck smiling sheepishly, "I guess yeah... He's... pretty nice I think." At least very understanding if nothing else. Flora smiled and nodded "Well that's good. Sabre here was saying something about a 'buddy system' or something, although like miss Ava, I don't have a cell phone. We've really never needed such things where I'm from since the place I live is fairly small and everyone knows everyone or where they'll most likely be" she shrugged, taking a sip of her herbal tea. "But, I guess it couldn't hurt, although I'm guessing some of you are telekenetic?"

Ada nodded, "The nurse said you can go as soon as you feel that you're strong enough to move on your own. And don't worry, it's still the same day, it's something between nine and ten so not even that late yet. - Also forgive me but I took a glance at who you were set to share a room with planning to ask them to keep an eye on you in case you started feeling sick again and turns they called earlier today to let me know that something else came up and they won't be able to start studying this year after all. As I have someone else who needs a room I kind of put the two together and set her as your new roommate. If she's not there already she'll probably will come over soon."
Mallory nodded, "Fine with me. I was pretty sure that I wouldn't live alone anyway." She got up and on her feet, "Thank you for your concern and visit Misses Blair." She smiled, "I shall go and see if my roommate has arrived now."

Shin smirked, "I did! We dun have real goal so ya score by kickin' the ball to that stick. Ya only get point if the ball hits it, 'almosts' don't count." Hm, that actually sounded rather tricky ... "Other rules are pretty much that yer not allowed to hurt other players 'n it's all against all, we can't really set up teams with with only three players." Jörg nodded, "All right then, let's get goin'. Ladies first."

Ava looked at Asha and smiled at her before eating at her salad.
Flora smiled and nodded "Well that's good. Sabre here was saying something about a 'buddy system' or something, although like miss Ava, I don't have a cell phone. We've really never needed such things where I'm from since the place I live is fairly small and everyone knows everyone or where they'll most likely be" she shrugged, taking a sip of her herbal tea. "But, I guess it couldn't hurt, although I'm guessing some of you are telekenetic?"
"I will soon get a phone as soon as we go on half term or some sort," Ava responded. "Well we just need to contact you some how as you won't be in any of our classes as your a year above us," Ava frowned at Flora as she took another bite full from her salad.

The twins stopped walking for a second and looked at Hawke, "how long did you train to do those? I mean that's incredible to be able to do that with your power," Caiden replied with shock looking at Hawke
"That's really clever I hope I can do other stuff with my powers beside turn on and off power and electrocute people," Reiss yelled as he looks at his brother.
"That's why we came here Reiss, to learn how to control our power and learn more of what we can do with it."

Mallory nodded, "Fine with me. I was pretty sure that I wouldn't live alone anyway." She got up and on her feet, "Thank you for your concern and visit Misses Blair." Sleep well when you head to bed." She wished her.

Jörg nodded, "All right then, let's get goin'. Ladies first." Shin grinned tossing the ball to Aisling so she could get the first kick with it. After that it would be full chaos after all.

Asha's phone announced new message and she glanced at it while the other three talked and ate. "Oh~ I got a room! I'm so happy." She had been afraid she'd be stuck over at that house for a long time since that meant she couldn't ask for friends over nor really decorate the bedroom in anyway so she welcomed the change with her whole heart. Just how would her new roommate be?

Ada smiled and nodded, "I hope your luck turns and starting now things will be more pleasant for you too. Sleep well when you head to bed." She wished her. Mallory bowed slightly, "Thanks a lot."

It didn't look like her roommate had arrived or been to the room so far so Mallory simply continued unpacking.

Shin grinned tossing the ball to Aisling so she could get the first kick with it.
They played for a good while and it turned out that he had been right thinking that hitting the stick was a matter of pure luck. Still, it was nice to see how much Aisling enjoyed herself.

They had tons of fun with their game and even reached the actual goal of the whole thing and tired Aisling down completely. "So who won?" Aisling asked when they stopped playing to catch their breaths and Shin smiled, she really had no idea since she had lost count long ago but replied, "I think ya made the goals." Aisling clapped her hands happy falling on her back to the grass exhausted, "Hurray~" she exclaimed happy but clearly tired. She would surely fall asleep as soon as her head would hit the pillow. Shin slumped down to sit on the grass too looking at Jörg, "Thanks for playin' with us. I think that we can all agree that we had fun. Do'cha want sumthin' to drink?"

"So who won?" Aisling asked when they stopped playing to catch breath and Shin smiled, "I think ya made the goals." Aisling clapped her hands falling on her back to the grass exhausted, "Hurray~" she exclaimed happy but clearly tired. Shin slumped down to sit on the grass too looking at Jörg, "Thanks for playin' with us. I think that we can all agree that we had fun. Do'cha want sumthin' to drink?" - That was an appreciated offer after the play, actually. Jörg nodded a little, "Some mineral water would be nice."

Jörg nodded a little, "Some mineral water would be nice." Shin nodded, "Lemme head in 'n raid the fridge then. Juice for Ais?" Aisling nodded still laying down on the ground. She got up and headed to get them something to drink.

Once Shin left Aisling sat up looking at Jörg. "How do you say your name mister? It's like... Yorg?" That was how it had sounded to her when Shin had said it earlier at least.

Shin nodded, "Lemme head in 'n raid the fridge then. Juice for Ais?" Aisling nodded still laying down on the ground.

Once Shin left Aisling sat up looking at Jörg. "How do you say your name mister? It's like... Yorg?" Jörg smiled bit; wasn't too surprising that the child didn't managed to pronounce the foreign letter ... "Almost right," he answered. "You know, it's just fine like that; my roommate speaks it the same way."

"I will soon get a phone as soon as we go on half term or some sort," Ava responded. "Well we just need to contact you some how as you won't be in any of our classes as your a year above us," Ava frowned at Flora as she took another bite full from her salad.

Flora nodded. “It’s been wonderful making so many friends here” she smiled, looking a bit wistful. “Even though I have two older brothers back home, I don’t get to see them very much since they have to work with my father in the mines. I worry about them all the time, and unfortunately being part of this family is a blessing and a curse since I was pretty much isolated just about the whole time and I don’t know how to interact with anyone in my hometown and vice versa. It’s almost as if they’re fearful of us...and I don’t like that”

Sabre frowned. She could sympathize with Flora's story to a point. Her and her family were somewhat close until the business about 'the prophecy' and all made them see each other in a completely different way, and once they found out that she was 'the one', her sisters seemed to become strangers to her, even her eldest sister, Kei, whom she was closest to.



The twins stopped walking for a second and looked at Hawke, "how long did you train to do those? I mean that's incredible to be able to do that with your power," Caiden replied with shock looking at Hawke
"That's really clever I hope I can do other stuff with my powers beside turn on and off power and electrocute people," Reiss yelled as he looks at his brother.
"That's why we came here Reiss, to learn how to control our power and learn more of what we can do with it."

Hawke grinned sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck “Oh it took quite some time because my power was pretty unbalanced at first and I wasn’t sure how to control it. It took several of my comrades to help me to keep focus, and then become creative with it” he shrugged. “I’m sure you’ll learn different ways to work with your power and maybe we can help each other” he smiled.

"Almost right," he answered. "You know, it's just fine like that; my roommate speaks it the same way." Aisling tilted her head, "But it's not the right way is it? So is it like Yoerg? Or Yaerg? Or what?"






Flora nodded. “It’s been wonderful making so many friends here” she smiled, looking a bit wistful. “Even though I have two older brothers back home, I don’t get to see them very much since they have to work with my father in the mines. It’s almost as if they’re fearful of us...and I don’t like that” Asha listened quietly and frowned, that sounded really rough. "Well until you two fix the phone situation we can always just set up a meeting place somewhere, I don't really know my way around the school yet so I'm not sure what would be good place to meet so pick a place and Sabre can text it to me then if you want me to show up too. I'll have to head to pack and move into my new room now. I'll see you girls tomorrow!" She didn't wait for them to reply as she turned to leave. They probably were pissed off about the earlier after all.

As she got back to the Blair's house she stopped by the gate surprised, Jörg was there with Aisling who was desperately trying to say his name correctly. Neither of them even noticed her being there so she just asked out loud, "Jörg, what are you doing here? Giving language lessons?"

Aisling tilted her head, "But it's not the right way is it? So is it like Yoerg? Or Yaerg? Or what?" - He chocked a sigh failing to come up with a matching example that might help her. "Uhm, no, more like ..."
"Jörg, what are you doing here? Giving language lessons?" Asha's question seemed to come straight from heaven right there. He turned his head to look at her, "Something alike ..."

He turned his head to look at her, "Something alike ..." She smiled, "Good luck with that." She had concluded that Aisling wasn't the brightest crayon in the box but enthusiastic as hell and ready to try and learn new things regardless - or at least try learning that was... Just then Shin stepped out carrying a tray with some drinks, "Oh, hi sis, yer back already?" Asha nodded, "Yup. Ada sent me a note that she has a free room for me so I headed back to pack my stuff so I can move in already tonight."

"So, who's got the map so we can get this party underway?" Alex asked exiting the canteen with the rest of the group, leaving Noir and Max alone. "Also, you guys, I hate to sound paranoid...but what if there are booby traps? You know you can never tell about these places" he wondered.
Emit looked at Alex and smirked, "well that's the whole fun of it right? We will see what sort of magical school this truly is and how far they will go to keep their dirty secrets to themselves," Emit walked ahead
"Alex it sounds like you are thinking twice about it? I mean cool of you don't want to be apart of the adventure. But you will just miss out," Emit said as he looked against the walls.

Ava didn't know what to say and finished off her salad, "Sorry to hear all the rough times, I guess you have is as comfort if you ever want to lean a shoulder," She smiled at flora.
Asha listened quietly and frowned, that sounded really rough. "Well until you two fix the phone situation we can always just set up a meeting place somewhere, I don't really know my way around the school yet so I'm not sure what would be good place to meet so pick a place and Sabre can text it to me then if you want me to show up too. I'll have to head to pack and move into my new room now. I'll see you girls tomorrow!" She didn't wait for them to reply as she turned to leave.
"Not even a goodnight," Ava drops her fork into her plate. "That girl don't wait, she knows how to move quickly I swear," Ava giggled before getting up and having a small stretch. "Anyway girls I am going to head to my room now as I am tired and we all have a long day tomorrow," Ava laughed grabbing her bag and slowly making her way. Turning around, "Hey Sabre? You going to be joining me or are you going to stay awhile longer?" Ava asked as she stood besides the canteen doors.

"Yeah guess so as we will have so much time to practise," Caiden responded pushing back his hair.
"I have always wanted to know if I could play around with lightning?" Reiss stood for a moment as he thought about how amazing that would be. "I mean can you imagine I go out and start creating lightning bolts."
"You manipulate with electricity not with the weather! But lightning is technically Electric so maybe?" Caiden answered his brother.

Asha smiled, "Good luck with that." Just then, Shin stepped out carrying a tray with some drinks, "Oh, hi sis, yer back already?" Asha nodded, "Yup. Ada sent me a note that she has a free room for me so I headed back to pack my stuff so I can move in already tonight." Jörg smiled thankful before taking one of the glasses then glanced to Asha, "If you need a hand while carrying your stuff over, just yell."
