Terces Academy Roleplay Thread (this is where the game is)

She looked at Mallory questioning when she placed her hands on her temples. She scratched her head, she probably should have mentioned that she had that skill actually so she wouldn't had to worry... Shin almost expected her to start screaming for startling her like that instead she remained quiet and suddenly odd feeling flushed over her and she felt her heart beat slowing down. "What'cha doin'?" She asked feeling bit woozy.

(OOC: *sighsssss* Once again, no alerts letting me know there were more posts; last alert I got was at 11:43 this morning So again I apologize for delayed replies)



"Bye," Ava waved as Shin walked away. What a nice girl Ava thought as she starting snacking on food. Seriously all she did was snack on food.
"See ya." Asha called after Shin then smiled apologetic at the other two, "Sorry for the interruption, that was my big sister and my current guardian." She explained.
"Oh don't apologise it's perfectly fine! So girls are we all ready to make a move on?" Ava asked standing up and grabbing her bag.
Asha nodded smirking, "I was born ready, baby~"
Sabre looked thoughful a moment "Big sister huh? I'd like to say I know what it's like to have someone looking after you, but I'm afraid I didn't have that luxury with my 4...but enough of that. Let's get to exploring, shall we?" Sabre said finishing the last of her coffee and used her power to teleport it to the trash can as she headed out.



When Andy returned from his shower Emit had disappeared, probably to find that teacher or some janitorial staff or somebody better equipped to handle this situation than they happened to be. How did you even un-venom a toilet? Wasn’t that stuff somewhat … permanent, damage wise? He rolled his shoulders, returning his gaze to where Alex was still standing guard.
“So, lethal mishaps with restrooms aside, how about you shine some light on how I got into bed last night because I sure as hell can’t remember getting there. And, dude, if you drugged me or something, just … I don’t know, warn a guy next time? Not that that would make any sense, but then again I doubt you’re about to date-rape me, so be nice about it.” He gave another lop-sided smile.

Alex walked over and lightly thumped Andy on his forehead. "Dummy. Yes, you're adorable as you can be, but I would never do anything like that to anyone - guy or girl. Did you forget what I told you I could do? Besides, I saved your ass twice already. Once more and you owe me dinner" he winked.

Shin scratched her head, "What'cha doin'?" 'I am not sure,' was probably not the right answer. However, she felt a bad headache from this experiment. "I ..." she looked up slowly and blinked a little, "How do you feel?"

Elyssa smiled blinking away some pained tears from her eyes, "It's fine, as crazy as it sounds I'm used to that." She rubbed her head sighing, "Maybe I seriously should consider just shaving my hair off, having it is such a hassle all the time." Ma smiled back tentatively before shaking her head.
“You shouldn’t. It’s so nice … of course, it’s your body and decision, you shouldn’t be influenced by me or anyone.” She squeezed her eyes shut for a moment, trying not to slip. Your body, your decision hadn’t been all that easy for her for a long time. Shaking the thoughts out of her head she looked back at Elyssa, making a decision. “I … um, I like your hair. I drew you … if you’d like to see it?” Her voice got smaller by the end of the sentence but she went to her bed anyway, the sketch pad in hand and waiting for Elyssa to take it.

(I imagine Max’s sketch something like this only, obviously as a sketch and with Elyssa as base. So, retaining human characteristics but somewhat alien)






Alex walked over and lightly thumped Andy on his forehead. "Dummy. Yes, you're adorable as you can be, but I would never do anything like that to anyone - guy or girl. Did you forget what I told you I could do? Besides, I saved your ass twice already. Once more and you owe me dinner" he winked. Andy raised his eyebrows, smirk playing across his lips.
“That so? Don’t get too excited, I don’t put out unless I really like you,” he replied grinning, “I also take offence to being called dummy, by the way, I’ll have you know I’m not all that stupid. Maybe a little reckless, I’ll give you that, but that’s really not the same thing, is it? I guess, sometimes it is but I usually see the stupidity of the thing I just did afterwards, so there’s that. But you did call me adorable, so I may forgive you.” He winked, before leaning back against the sink looking around the room. “So, I suppose we’re on guard duty until Emit comes back, hmm? How about you tell me something about you, so I don’t grow bored and do more reckless things?” he grinned. “Something like … I don’t know, what kind of music you like? Movies? Video games? Or … oh, I don’t know,ever played DnD? Because if not, I can promise you you will, at least once. I may not have musical mind control powers but I am very charming, after all.”

Sabre looked thoughtful a moment "Big sister huh? I'd like to say I know what it's like to have someone looking after you, but I'm afraid I didn't have that luxury with my 4...but enough of that. Let's get to exploring, shall we?" Sabre said finishing the last of her coffee and used her power to teleport it to the trash can as she headed out. Asha hummed bit, "The really funny thing is that I didn't even know I have sister until few months ago. Considering that we get along great... oh and another hilarious thing, her hair was pink at my age too, we must be telepathically connected somehow." She giggled.






"I ..." she looked up slowly and blinked a little, "How do you feel?" Shin tilted her head confused, "Bit dizzy second 'go but okay now...?"






Max smiled back tentatively before shaking her head. “You shouldn’t. It’s so nice … of course, it’s your body and decision, you shouldn’t be influenced by me or anyone.” She squeezed her eyes shut for a moment before looking back at her, “I … um, I like your hair. I drew you … if you’d like to see it?” Her voice got smaller by the end of the sentence but she went to her bed anyway, the sketch pad in hand and waiting for Elyssa to take it. She blinked surprised taking the pad, even more when she took a look at the drawing, "Wow this is so pretty..." She tried finding more words to compliment it failing so she just smiled flustered while staring at it until she managed muttering, "I can't find words to use but I like it a lot..."







"Is bathroom the new place where all the cool kids hang out nowadays?" Noir asked when he wandered there and found both Andy and Alex there chattering.

Andy raised his eyebrows, smirk playing across his lips.

Before Alex could apologize to Andy, he heard another voice looking over towards the doorway and seeing Noir enter. “Sure, why not? You’re more than welcome to come join our bathroom club” he joked before turning back to Andy. “Ok, I apologize for that. No, I didn’t mean you were stupid when I said it. Hmm...you’re outgoing let’s say ok? And you were still half asleep when you came in weren’t you? Otherwise I’m sure you wouldn’t have willingly have gone towards that,” he nodded towards the stall before turning back to Noir a moment - this was making him slightly dizzy talking between the two of them - “Oh! Noir, Emit had a bit of an accident this morning and he’s going to get someone to clean up one of the stalls, hense the sign and the door being closed. I told him I’d stay put to make sure no one else got hurt - such as our dear friend over here,” he ruffled Andy’s hair playfully laughing. "And yes, Andy I like just about any sort of gaming and it's been a while since I've seen any movie; I think the industry's lacking imagination in that sector so I'm kinda avoiding it altogether for the time being"



Asha hummed bit, "The really funny thing is that I didn't even know I have sister until few months ago. Considering that we get along great... oh and another hilarious thing, her hair was pink at my age too, we must be telepathically connected somehow." She giggled.

Sabre blinked, a bit surprised at that news. That must be quite the story but once again, nothing for her to get involved in unless she wished to tell them herself. She smiled “That is pretty funny actually. Wonder what she’d look like with it now? Did you offer to dye it for her and she refused or something?”

“Sure, why not? You’re more than welcome to come join our bathroom club” Alex joked before turning back to Andy. “Ok, I apologize for that. No, I didn’t mean you were stupid when I said it. I told him I’d stay put to make sure no one else got hurt - such as our dear friend over here,” he ruffled Andy’s hair playfully laughing. "And yes, Andy I like just about any sort of gaming and it's been a while since I've seen any movie; I think the industry's lacking imagination in that sector so I'm kinda avoiding it altogether for the time being" Noir nodded slowly, he had no idea what they were talking about, sans the 'Emit had an accident' part - which actually sounded more like Emit had wet himself but the toxic smell that lingered around kind of hinted that it had something to do with his skill after all. Thinking about that there were plants that could neutralize toxins... would those be able to neutralize Emit's poison too? It was probably worth studying at some point. Since those two seemed to be busy with their chat he just wandered to the showers, better get done with that rather sooner than later.






Sabre smiled “That is pretty funny actually. Wonder what she’d look like with it now? Did you offer to dye it for her and she refused or something?” Asha grinned, "She actually was the one to tell me about it, when we met for the first time she stared at me shocked and then just muttered 'your hair is pink.' At first I thought that she was horrified then she started laughing and I was like 'wait what? Why?' and then she told me that she had the same color at this age, she even had some pictures of it. I did tell her she should dye it again since it looked nice but she just smiled and replied that she thinks she's bit too old for that color now. It's a shame, she'd look gorgeous in it I'm sure." Although to be fair that color was hard to maintain and she constantly had to redye it. Considering Shin's monetary situation she probably simply couldn't afford that. Realizing that made her feel bit shitty about it actually, it very likely wasn't that she didn't want to dye it but that she couldn't afford it...

Elyssa blinked down at the sketch in surprise. Max swallowed, even more nervous now. Perhaps that had been to forward? "Wow this is so pretty..."Oh. She sighed in relief. That was good then. Better at least. She personally wasn’t sure if it was all that pretty but it was her drawing after all, she would naturally be more critical of it … right? Elyssa looked up at her with a flustered smile. "I can't find words to use but I like it a lot..." Max blushed, looking away in embarrassment.
“I … thank you. It’s really … it’s not all that good I think? But I can give it to you if you like?”






Just then Noir wandered into the bathroom as well. "Is bathroom the new place where all the cool kids hang out nowadays?"
“Sure, why not? You’re more than welcome to come join our bathroom club,” Alex joked.
Andy jumped in, “Sure, that’s who we are. The cool kids in their cool clubhouse. I’m sure everyone will want to join.” He was a little surprised when Alex turned back to him and apologized of all things.
“Ok, I apologize for that. No, I didn’t mean you were stupid when I said it. Hmm...you’re outgoing let’s say ok? And you were still half asleep when you came in weren’t you? Otherwise I’m sure you wouldn’t have willingly have gone towards that,” he nodded towards the stall before turning back to Noir. “Oh! He let the hair ruffling happen – mostly because he was used to it (big sister, remember) but also because he liked it in general, maybe not quite so … ridiculing but still. “No movies though? Really? But what about superhero movies? Avengers? The Dark Knight? Hell, Man of Steel was sort of fun in a ridiculous way! Or, I don’t know, Lord of the Rings? The Hobbit? Anything? I swear I will despair if you didn’t watch any of them! Noir, help me out here! There’s good movies, am I right or what?” But Noir had wandered towards the showers instead of watching them banter. Andy looked after him with a frown. “Huh, he’s the quiet type, isn’t he? Think we scared him off or something?”

I- you see I can ... well, do 'things' with my thoughts ..." She sighed; this sounded so damn wrong and strange ... She turned her eyes down adding more quietly, "Sometimes, at least."

Max blushed, looking away in seeming embarrassed, “I … thank you. It’s really … it’s not all that good I think? But I can give it to you if you like?” She smiled, "I'd love to have it but I definitely gotta buy folder or such first so I can store it safely so hold onto it for me for now?"






But what kind of plant would work for that? He knew sunflowers cleansed radiation from the ground but he wasn't sure about toxins nor even what kind of poison it was that Emit had... Wait did someone mention his name? He listened bit closer hearing Andy say, “Huh, he’s the quiet type, isn’t he? Think we scared him off or something?” He blinked turning around embarrassed, "Sorry were you talking to me? I kind of tend to get lost in my head and ignore everything around me when I do that. Bad habit but I'm trying to fix it."







Mallory choked a relieved sigh before she looked up smiling, "Good ... I- you see I can ... well, do 'things' with my thoughts ..." Shin tilted her head still bit confused but nodded. Mallory turned her eyes down adding more quietly, "Sometimes, at least." Shin smiled and walked to her and pat her shoulder, "Ya'll learn to control it fully here, trust me." She smiled apologetic, "Also I really shoulda mentioned that I can teleport, didn't mean to scare ya with that. Even 'm not crazy enough to go jumpin' on roof without knowin' there's nothin' to worry 'bout." Actually though she hadn't really been sure if she still remembered how to use that skill since it had been few years since she last time used it... but it always worked out alright at the critical moment so she had just trusted that it would work now too.

Elyssa smiled, "I'd love to have it but I definitely gotta buy folder or such first so I can store it safely so hold onto it for me for now?" Max nodded, giving a tentative smile of her own in return. She could do that, of course. She held onto most of her sketches anyway.
“Of course,” she agreed quietly, “I’m … I’m glad you like it.”






Noir turned around. Whoops. Andy really hadn’t meant for him to hear. Hopefully he wasn’t annoyed. He didn’t seem to be anyway, rather, he seemed embarrassed.
"Sorry were you talking to me? I kind of tend to get lost in my head and ignore everything around me when I do that. Bad habit but I'm trying to fix it." Andy shrugged, a small smile on his face.
“Don’t worry about it, dude. I pretty much sleepwalked in here this morning as my wannabe knight in shining armor so succinctly explained. I was just saying, there’s tons of good movies around – I was hoping for backup from you on that. You know, because Alex is apparently a movie snob and I see a definite movie night in our future?” He grinned.

Mallory smiled a little, "Must admit that I was in the middle of jumping after ya when ya turned up behind me ..." She got up, "Anyway, now that we know that much about each other, would you like a coffee? - I got my own coffeemaker in my room because, well, you never know where you'll end up after all."

Just as Alex was about to answer Andy, he heard Noir speak up. "Noir it's all right. There needs to be a balance of noise and silence anyway. Do you want to have breakfast with us today or do you have something else to do?"

Andy shrugged, a small smile on his face. “Don’t worry about it, dude. I pretty much sleepwalked in here this morning as my wannabe knight in shining armor so succinctly explained. I was just saying, there’s tons of good movies around – I was hoping for backup from you on that. You know, because Alex is apparently a movie snob and I see a definite movie night in our future?” He grinned.

Alex then turned back to Andy "I stopped a couple of years ago, right as all the super hero crap started coming out. I saw the first 2 Spider Man movies and I was convinced they weren't like kids who'd grown up reading the comics; all that mattered was the bottom line," he motioned his fingers meaning money. "Same with the movies that are being adapted from books, although I do realize there will be differences in them because you can't be word for word on those, so I'm a bit more gracious. Yes I saw all the LOTR and Hobbit movies; hated Harry Potter though - it was a bit ridiculous," he shrugged. "If we have a movie night, you make the popcorn," he nudged Andy laughing.



Asha grinned, "She actually was the one to tell me about it, when we met for the first time she stared at me shocked and then just muttered 'your hair is pink.' At first I thought that she was horrified then she started laughing and I was like 'wait what? Why?' and then she told me that she had the same color at this age, she even had some pictures of it. I did tell her she should dye it again since it looked nice but she just smiled and replied that she thinks she's bit too old for that color now. It's a shame, she'd look gorgeous in it I'm sure." Although to be fair that color was hard to maintain and she constantly had to redye it. Considering Shin's monetary situation she probably simply couldn't afford that. Realizing that made her feel bit shitty about it actually, it very likely wasn't that she didn't want to dye it but that she couldn't afford it...

Sabre couldn't help but smile and in a way, she envied Asha for being able to have a good sister. She had 4 and she was convinced they were all jealous of her because of THAT situation...she hated her life to be honest and if she could escape it, she would; unfortunately it was her family's money that was paying for her being here wasn't it? Damn it all...

“Of course,” Max agreed quietly, “I’m … I’m glad you like it.” Elyssa smiled brightly, "You did get me even more curious about your other drawings by showing that one though." She glanced at a clock on her cellphone grimacing, "Guess I should run to shower if we plan to have breakfast while it's still being served. I'll be right back, I can't really handle long showers anyway."






"Noir it's all right. There needs to be a balance of noise and silence anyway. Do you want to have breakfast with us today or do you have something else to do?" Alex replied and he nodded, he didn't mind having breakfast with them. “Don’t worry about it, dude. I pretty much sleepwalked in here this morning as my wannabe knight in shining armor so succinctly explained. You know, because Alex is apparently a movie snob and I see a definite movie night in our future?” He grinned. Noir smiled bit, he really didn't even remember the last time he had watched a movie...

I'll just leave you to talk about movies and head to shower. Breakfast sounds good, if you're not here when I return I'll just find you from the canteen. See ya in a moment." He really didn't mind them being so talkative but it sure was hard to get a word somewhere between them!





Mallory smiled a little, "Must admit that I was in the middle of jumping after ya when ya turned up behind me ..." She got up, "Anyway, now that we know that much about each other, would you like a coffee? - I got my own coffeemaker in my room because, well, you never know where you'll end up after all." Shin grinned, "Coffee would be nice 'ctually. 'fter that I could show ya 'nother nice place on this island if ya want."

Once they arrived at her room, she prepared the coffeemaker and opened the window before she turned back to Shin, "Wonna see some of my works?"
