Elyssa smiled, "I truly appreciate anyone who has any kind of art skills, I can't even draw a circle that is actually round." As they talked they finally made it to the beach. "Oh wow you can see all the way to the mainland from here."
Max looked out over the sea, breathing deeply. It was easier by now, breathing, which was good. The background noise of water was relaxing and at the same time somewhat busy, exactly how she liked it. It made her wish she’d been to the sea before. A small smile stole itself onto her face.
“It’s so nice,” she said quietly, “I didn’t realize this place would be so … relaxing. Now I’ll definitely have to come back and sketch.”

They walked back to the room in relative silence, which had Andy looking curiously at the others. Not that he was bothered by the silence … well, okay, maybe a little. It was just easier to judge people when they were talking, silent waters and all that. Wait, was that how it went?
When they reached the room Alex went rummaging for his guitar. Andy watched as the others got settled before Alex tried out a few cords and started singing.
I wanna be set free
I want to feel the power
Love in the high seas adventures as I please
Tell me where I can find and I'm there.
I'm getting tired of picking at my brain
Give me something else to relieve the pain
Rolling with the punches of my fate, so what else can I say.
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la
It was … catchy, that was for sure. Andy grinned. In no way the kind of music he was used to but catchy all the same. And since he subscribed to the notion of different strokes for different people he liked it well enough. Plus, he decided, he liked Alex’s voice when he was singing as well.
