Terces Academy Roleplay Thread (this is where the game is)

She nodded, "It's no bother really, I enjoy having people over and it does good for the kids to meet lots of different people too." She nodded for him to follow and led him to their house, it was bit expanded from the usual teacher house (well it had to be to fit them all in there!) but otherwise pretty much the same. She barely stepped in when her oldest daughter dashed to hug her, "Mama, Aion won't play with me..." She whined and she petted her hair, "Well Aion has homework to do... which reminds me did you finish yours already Aisling?" The look she gave her did hint that no she had skipped that part. Ada sighed, "I'll help you with that in a moment. Before that say hi to Icon, he's going to be teacher at mama's school." Aisling eyed Icon silent for few seconds then flashed him a smile and curtsy* greeting him sweetly, "Nice to meet you Mr. Icon, I'm Aisling."

Icon followed behind as they reached a bigger household, and before he could compliment her on it, there was a flash and suddenly another little girl before them, whining about not being played with. He could remember those days himself. After talking briefly with her mother, she turned to greet him. "It's very nice to meet you Aisling," he knelt down so she wouldn't strain herself trying to look up at him (he's 6'2!") "What's your favorite game to play?" he asked her.

After the inside tour they all ended up outside, getting shown the green field, the lake, the gardens and the green house.
"Wow the outside is incredible, emit thought as he looked around him.
"Any questions about outside?" A few teachers asked and he lifted his hand.
He looks at Noir as he responded "Are we allowed to go to the greenhouse?" The teacher smiled as she replied, "Of course! That's where most food you eat here is grown and we endorse students taking part into the process. As long as you don't cause problems there you're more than welcome to go in there."
" I wonder what they do in the green house to grow most of the food. What sort of powers do same of these students have working in ther? Sounds really interesting to have a peek one day," he thought as he smiled over to the field.


"Hmm...they probably just started a little while ago and probably haven't even gotten to the first classroom - maybe," Sabre giggled. "By the way, what will you be studying while you're here? I'm not sure yet. I'll just start with the basics and go from there I guess," she shrugged reaching for her sketchbook
"Do you know what I haven't yet thought about it actually, I love music but I will end up hypnotising the class and I can't do that. So I guess I will stick to art or literature I guess," she smiled as she watched the birds. After sometime she gets up and sits up facing the lake in front of her, the temptation to just jump in and swim right to the bottom was too much.
"Anyway want you up too with your sketch book?" Ava asked taking her mind off the lake.

"It's very nice to meet you Aisling," Icon replied kneeling down so she wouldn't strain herself trying to look up at him "What's your favorite game to play?" he asked her and Aisling grinned, "I like playing that I'm monster or dinosaur! RAWR!" She replied imitating a monster (or a dinosaur, Ada wasn't exactly sure which one she was pretending to be that time) as she roared. Judging by Icon's expression he had probably expected something girlier given that Aisling was dressed in a cute frilly princess dress that moment. She chuckled bit, "Aisling keep our guest entertained for a moment, I'll take Heath to bed." she asked and her seven year old nodded grabbing Icon's hand, "Do you wanna see my monsters? I have plenty!"

"Do you know what I haven't yet thought about it actually, I love music but I will end up hypnotising the class and I can't do that. So I guess I will stick to art or literature I guess," she smiled as she watched the birds. She wanted to ask her if there was any way at all for her to be able to sing - she would've loved to have heard her sing - but she sensed a great deal of anxiety and conflict within the other young woman, so she restrained herself. "Hmm...well, nothing too special really but you're welcome to look through some of my old drawings. They're nothing special really," she shrugged as she handed the book over to her.

Aisling grinned, "I like playing that I'm monster or dinosaur! RAWR!" She replied imitating a monster (or a dinosaur, Ada wasn't exactly sure which one she was pretending to be that time) as she roared. Judging by Icon's expression he had probably expected something girlier given that Aisling was dressed in a cute frilly princess dress that moment. She chuckled bit, "Aisling keep our guest entertained for a moment, I'll take Heath to bed." she asked and her seven year old nodded grabbing Icon's hand, "Do you wanna see my monsters? I have plenty!"

Icon laughed. She had quite an abundance of energy. "All right Aisling, lead the way," he smiled. She was a fascinating child.

Icon laughed. "All right Aisling, lead the way," he smiled. Ada smiled bit as Aisling led him to her room and soon was giving him a lesson about her monsters.

Ada giggled bit when she got to the bedroom and found that Haine had gone napping with Hani. She dropped Heath on the bed and he crawled to his daddy and twin sister snuggling against them passing out in matter of seconds after his head hit the pillow. She woke Haine up whispering, "We have a guest, come and meet Icon, he's going to be teacher here so you don't have to get any funny ideas." Haine groaned sleepily but did get up mumbling that he'd just do something to his bedhead first and she nodded returning back to their guest first.

She giggled bit when she returned to Aisling's room finding her explaining some super skill her monsters had to Icon. She smiled at Icon, "Have you thought of having kids one day? You'd probably do well as a dad." She commented. At least Aisling seemed to really like him and she doubted most kids would feel different.

edit: I guess the most current picture of Haine I have would be this in case you need some preference for him. Summed up tho: (dyed)white pretty long hair, blue eyes, dark facial hair. His real hair color would be black and that's what their kids have too.

"And not because of my abilities like some people probably would since I have firm control of them, especially my power absorbing abilities, but I guess I've never really given it much thought. I've been so busy just trying to get myself together" he explained, turning his attention back to Aisling, who hadn't stopped talking yet.

"Did you have a good nap?" Ada asked when Haine wandered to the kitchen looking confused when their guest wasn't there with her. He nodded, "I guess so, well until you woke me up obviously." He kissed her on the cheek pressing his forehead against her shoulder, "Why do we have so many kids anyway?" he asked sounding tired and Ada giggled, "Well in order of appearance; 'oops the protection failed', because you wanted daughter too and because 'one more makes no difference at this point' - and then we got twins." Haine grinned in response, and she knew well enough that he wouldn't have it any other way. Sure sometimes it was bit hard to handle all four and pay each and every child enough attention but they both felt it was worth it. "So where's our guest?" Haine asked and she smiled, "Getting charmed by Aisling. You can go get him since the coffee is about ready." She replied reaching for cups so she could set the table. Haine nodded heading to get Icon.

Haine knocked the door frame of Aisling's room to get their attention then asked Aisling, "I thought you loved me the most, who is this guy?" The child grinned from ear to ear replying, "I do love daddy the most~ But I can also like other men, mama said so." Haine laughed bit then looked at Icon, "Lay hands to my princess and I'll guarantee you slow and painful death." He was mostly joking. Mostly.

Icon was listening to Aisling and looked over hearing another voice, seeing another man in the doorway. Her father, he figured. "No, I wouldn't dare allow this fair maiden to ever come to any harm" he grinned, then got to his feet holding out his hand for a handshake. "Icon White. You must be Ada's husband, and father to Aisling & Heath? Nice to meet you"


(I'm sorry, are Hani and Harry boys? ^^;;)
(P.S. I'm a dumbass! OTL I didn't realize til I looked overnight this again that it was the FATHER in the doorway not one of the other kids; fixed that though. Sorry! )

I'll just reply here before I wander to sleep (sorry, too sleepy to write actual reply at the moment so I'll do that tomorrow after school.) Haine is Ada's husband, Hani & Heath are twins, Heath is a boy, Hani is a girl. Aisling is a girl and their fourth kid Aion is a boy. :) (And sorry, their names do get pretty confusing since they're so similar, I had to recheck that I got everyone correct myself too ^^U)

Looking through, her eyes start to light up as she likes what she sees, "wow your work is really good, what got you in to the topic? She asked she continued to go through the pages, "I really like this one! what is it meant to be? Ava asks as she looks at the art work

Sabre glanced at the drawing. "Ah, this one...it's a bit obscure because it's based off of a strange dream I kept having. I'm not really sure" she shook her head. "Thank you. I'm glad you like them though"

I’m back – and I see you guys were busy without me. ;) I’ll have to actually read instead of skim the other pages later, so if I missed anything that would change the replies feel free to tell me, alright? :)




"Max huh? Is that short for Maxine?" Oh, how she dreaded that question. It was almost always followed by ‘But that’s a boy’s name’ and where that train of thought lead she would much rather not go. Max shook her head, averting her eyes.
“No, it’s … um, it’s just Max, not short for anything.” She realized she was probably making a bad impression on Elyssa but she didn’t know how else to act. People were not her strong suit, obviously.






"Huang.... Room 114 seems to be yours." The teacher glanced at him and smiled. "If you think your name is bad just know that few years ago I taught girl who's name was Vanilla Muffin. Try calling that one out with straight face in front of a whole class and not start laughing." That got the grin back on Andy’s face. Vanilla Muffin sounded like one of those Mary Sue characters that always gave his DM headaches. That, or one of those weird pony things. He took the key he’d been given and nodded his thanks when the red-haired teacher came over and took his attention. Better be on his way then … he wondered if his roommate was already there.

Turns out he wasn’t. Andy looked around the room before making his backpack float onto the upper bed. It seemed … stuffy. His parents had always been fans of high ceilings and white … well, everything. This certainly was different from home. Ah well, no matter. He left his luggage where it was, in front of the wardrobe, and climbed up on the bed, searching for his Ipod. He’d already decided not to go to that tour later, he’d much rather discover things himself – so much more fun that way. He’d probably get horribly lost but that was a risk he was more than willing to take.

His new roommate arrived some time later, who was seemingly tentative to enter the room. "Hello? Anyone home?" Andy sat up with a grin and ditched the headphones. He jumped off the bed, landing with a lot less grace than he would have liked. Note to self: jumping from top bunks is an incredibly terrible idea.
“Right, I totally should not have done that. Bad, bad idea,” he said, rubbing his ankle before moving towards the stranger. “Anyway, hi. I’m Andy, and I’m guessing you’re the other occupant here. Nice to meet you, I hope you don’t mind I took the top bunk! I mean, we can switch if you want, after all this is gonna be both of our room. Our lair, you might say … and I’m rambling, so let’s just stick to hi, shall we?” He grinned again, offering his hand in greeting.

As they walk past the fields he notices a pink haired girl waving at them, "do I know you?" He asked himself looking towards them. He then looks at Noir and asks him "do you know them girls waving at you?" Unless they are the ones that skipped the tour and just waving at the group of students. It was daring to shout at them but he thought not to just in case they had some sort of plant that hates shouting


Sabre glanced at the drawing. "Ah, this one...it's a bit obscure because it's based off of a strange dream I kept having. I'm not really sure" she shook her head. "Thank you. I'm glad you like them though"
"A dream. If I was to draw my dreams I think they would look weird,"Ava laughed as she lays back down. "I don't know why but my dreams I have are weird and tend to have some sort of mermaids in...."Ava stopped there for a moment looking worried as she sits up and then quickly changed topic. "Oh look the tour has finally come out! Do you think they will notice us if we wave at them?" She laughed as she waved at the students.
After waving at the other students she got up from the blanket, looking at Sabre and asked "Are you hungry? Cause I seriously am," she giggled.
