Terces Academy Roleplay Thread (this is where the game is)

Asha smiled, "Let's just agree that we're flawed but still beautiful even barefaced." Mallory grinned, "Deal." She gathered her cosmetics, "I kinda wish there were lockers around here ..."

"Then what do you suggest? The faster we can find way out, the faster we can let him out too. He said that he can't control himself so what if he goes berserk and attacks us? Yes, I'm aware that makes me sound like an asshole but I really think what I suggested is probably the fastest way to get everyone out of here." Before Andy could reply to Elyssa Alex stepped between them.
"I'll get him out. I can teleport him to our room so he can calm down and rest. You two follow the path I said and get out that way and then come to our room. If I could teleport all of us I would but I'm not that strong in that ability yet to do that. Right now I can only do one other person. We don't have time to argue and don't ask questions on whether I can do it or not. It's not anything that'll drain me like my earlier action. Get going, now.” Andy blinked at him, a little taken aback. They’d never factored in teleportation into any of their get-out-of-the-tunnel plans. Granted, Alex had been a little indisposed but still. Couldn’t he just nip back outside and open the door again? Elyssa, apparently was having the same epiphany as him.
"Dude. If you can teleport just move yourself outside of the door and pull the switch. Boom - we're all free in blink of an eye."
"Fine. You two go out through the way we came in; I'll still need to teleport Emit away though because I have no idea what state he'll be in and it'll probably be best if none of us touch him until we know he's back in control of himself," Alex said before blinking out of existence. Andy sighed, rolling his eyes. He was worried about Emit, poor guy had looked freaking awful – and maybe more than a little scary, but that was another story entirely. So much for their great adventure though. "Elyssa, Andy, get going!" For a moment Andy looked back at the passages in contemplation. They had a definite way out now, maybe they could just … but no, Elyssa didn’t look like she was game for any more potentially bad ideas today. Shame. He hunched over a little cocking his head towards her.
“Guess we should get on with it then, huh? Sorry for dragging you into this not-so-grand adventure by the way. I really did imagine this going differently. I mean, we even found what we were looking for, which is pretty damn awesome, but who could’ve figured in Alex getting cocky and Emit getting … umm, something. I mean, what kind of adventurers are we, not even getting a couple meters past the entrance without someone collapsing in a heap … guess it was more of a merry band of misfits in the first place, wasn’t it?” He chuckled quietly.

Elyssa massaged her forehead, how had this whole thing turned into such a mess so fast? "Elyssa, Andy, get going!" She was actually feeling thankful for getting out of there. “Guess we should get on with it then, huh? Sorry for dragging you into this not-so-grand adventure by the way. I really did imagine this going differently. I mean, we even found what we were looking for, which is pretty damn awesome, but who could’ve figured in Alex getting cocky and Emit getting … umm, something. I mean, what kind of adventurers are we, not even getting a couple meters past the entrance without someone collapsing in a heap … guess it was more of a merry band of misfits in the first place, wasn’t it?” He chuckled quietly. Elyssa smiled bit, "Well not your fault really. And I'm sorry, I get bossy and harsh when I'm annoyed." She scratched her neck then asked quietly so that Alex and Emit wouldn't hear, "How about we try this again another time but leave those two home? We could probably make it few meters further with just the two of us." That was unless the whole secret path really was somehow cursed and it was just matter of time until they'd collapse too...

Oh - and I feel like a broken record at this point with how often I'm away atm - but I won't be around much for maybe the net to weeks, and definitely not tomorrow. Cousin's getting married and then we're going on family holiday. I'll definitely have wifi for that one though, so I promise I will reply. Just a heads-up because you never know. :)

Guess growing up with an older sister and a mother in corporate management makes you shut up and listen when someone gets bossy anyway, so I’m used to it.” He shrugged with a smile. “Now come on, let’s get out of here. I bet there’s more places in this school you can discover with less trouble. How about it?” Elyssa laughed bit, "Sure~" She tilted her head, "You have a sister huh? I have three overprotective older brothers. I'm surprised they haven't called after me already actually." Knowing those three dorks they were fighting about who'd call...

Smile grew on Asha's face, "I spent a night at her house and would have stayed there for a bit longer if your original roommate hadn't disappeared, you see I never actually was supposed to study here but my sister... well we sort of lost the apartment we lived at and she figured that she'd try to get Ada to accept me in this school since then at least I'd live at the dorms and she wouldn't have to worry about me. I took the usual test everyone here takes and passed it so Ada agreed to take me in and now I'm here." She chuckled bit, "I don't know her too well yet but she does seem like lovely person."

The others all left Emit and moved on ahead, it was for the best as he didn't want to hurt or kill anyone with the deadly venom. The venom felt like it was piling up in him, layers and layers for black venom filled inside of him. He tried to calm his thoughts down maybe where he panicked triggered the venom inside but he couldn't.
"Emit, Emit, Emit" whispers where heard around him. "Get off your brother!" The voice become familiar and louder, screaming from one side to another.
As he struggled to get up he held onto one of the poison ivy.
"You have killed him, you criminal!...... Get out!!"
The ivy starts to absorb the poison from his fingers and slowly allowing the venom to lead through into the vines. "What's hap......" He didn't finish before before collapsing into a puddle of venom. The voices stop.
The ivy slowly growing around him collecting the venom, "sorry guys for ruining the adventure..." He whispers.

Alex made sure Andy and Elysse were out before heading back to where Emit was. He gasped seeing Emit lying there in some of the venom. He had to get him out of that! Wait...what was happening to it? He looked and noticed that the ivy seemed to be absorbing it? What? How was that possible? Well it didn't matter right now. What did matter was getting him out of there and getting him to an infirmary where he could be treated properly. "Emit, I'm here. I'm going to get you out of here, ok? I'm going to calm you down first before I move you..." he said, hoping the other boy could hear him. He was so still he wasn't certain if he was conscious or not. He lifted the piccolo to his lips and began to play.

She pointed at the ends of her eyebrows. "If that sounds about right then yeah, that was Shin."

By then they had gotten back to their room and she stretched her back. "I hope Shin will be staying around here for a while, she acts tough but it's exactly that - act. Here she can actually relax a little and I think she really needs to have a small break from, well life, right now."

Here she can actually relax a little and I think she really needs to have a small break from, well life, right now." Mallory nodded a little, "Hope she'll be fine whatever she decides for, she seems like a fun person to have around." She stretched her back a little then wandered to get her pyjama, "Anyhow, guess we should really sleep."

Asha yawned a little, it had been long and exciting day and she felt quite tired already so she completely agreed with that statement. "I guess so. Will you set the alarm or should I?" she asked starting to undress.

"Emit....... I'm going to get you....... ok? I'm going to calm....." Those where the only words Emit heard and the rest was blurred. His eyes stayed shut and he couldn't move. He could only hear. A second later he heard a song playing, the music was soothing to the ear, relaxing his thoughts. The venom inside him started to slowly calm down, his veins went back to normal and he could see clear vision again. He opens his eyes laying on the floor and notices Alex standing there. "Thank you," he whispers as he tries and gets up slowly. "I think it's best if I head to infirmary as soon as possible or next time I will end up dead," he smiled as he stood against the wall looking at Alex with thankful eyes.
