Sorry for my absence yesterday. I'm currently dealing with all the fun that comes with registering for my bachelor's thesis, so I just haven't really had the mind to write anything. :/

Noir grimaced, "Pretty much the opposite, I can make plants grow faster or well like...." He frowned, how did you explain that anyway? He shrugged, "That's something I should show you since I can't quite explain it but basically I can make them grow and that's it really."
"Can you show us with this plant? Also if I was to kill this could you make them come back to life or you’re not sure?" Emit asked looking at the plant on the table. Then his eyes changed colour. Andy looked on curiously but Emit seemed to change his mind as he looked up and the colour snapped back to normal.
Noir shrugged, "I haven't tried bringing them back alive so I don't know but what I can do works pretty much like this... I could also force it to get bigger in size but I doubt they'd appreciate me ruining their plants here, this one is beautiful as it is already."
"That's really something. I did promise Andy here a song or two later as I can sing without my power coming through it - I have managed to control it that much. You're welcome to come back to our room and listen if you'd like" Alex chimed in and Andy grinned, nodding in agreement. It’d be like their own little welcome party. A bit more private than parties usually were but then again, who knew? It might change … maybe just leave the door open and … hmm.
"Can't talk for Emit but I wouldn't mind dropping by,” Noir agreed. Emit seemingly wasn’t opposed either.
"Yeah cool I don't mind tagging along with you guys. Will be fun," he smiled.
"Awesome. Can't promise anything spectacular, but I'll think of something...even if it's a cover or two," Alexander shrugged. "Are we about ready to go, then?"
Andy clapped his hands, looking around the table.
“I’d just about think so,” he grinned, “can’t say I’m clairvoyant or anything so fancy but I do believe this might be a fun evening.” He turned to Alex, whose idea this had been after all, “ready whenever you are, dearest roommate.” He winked.

Elyssa smiled, "I'm sure your sketches are lovely but you don't have to feel pressured to show me, do that when you feel comfortable with the idea then." Max shook her head before looking at the sky.
“It’s not … It’s not that, I promise. I just - you won’t find them very interesting, that is all.” She sighed, frustrated with herself. There were so many people in this world who could create amazing things from nothing, she hated that she wasn’t one of them.
