PITA

Since Ali wishes to return to game I figured I'd post up a topic to discuss whether we should start new school year or just start with whole new group of students and pretend the previous people graduated? Both have their pros and cons (probably even more of those than I can think of) but quickly a list of the ones I can think of:

New school year	VS.	Starting fully anew
+/- No need to make new characters (though of course new ones can be introduced)	|	+/- Get to make new characters (basically recycling old ones is allowed too though)
+ characters have existing relationships with each other	|	+ we'd get to build relationshops from the bottom again
- Characters have relationships with other characters that are no longer part of the game at all which could possibly hinder writing the characters on	|	+ no such problem on this side (yet)
- Old game is long and if anybody new wanted to enter that would be really hard since they'd missing all the background information about what happened	|	+ newbie friendly (unless we end up spamming 20+ pages a day *cough* we've done that before after all*)

*not literally 20 pages but few pages of new replies is still page amount * 15 so two pages of new replies would already be 30 replies(!)

I'm obviously biased since I have quite few characters that pretty much lost their point since Susu isn't around anymore and I'm having really hard time figuring how I'd write for example Luca away from dating Emmeline and being connected to Fox and Cristoff(or however you wrote his name *too lazy to check*) bit same thing with Ania though with her at least Tristan would just graduate if we started a new year so she'd kind of get cut off automatically from him. Asides from them I have left only Ada who by then is mother of small son (=maternity break) Aslak whom.... I don't even remember where I left him (oops poor boy) and Roxanne... well her I could write on since I have a lot of stuff about her in my head XD and Chase who I never got around writing enough to get used to his character so I'm not sure where to go with him (+ the actual sim got lost somewhere so I'd be forever stuck with that ugly avatar and even worse staring at that super shiny skin, ugh what were I thinking anyway!?) ... except I think he would be graduating too?

Anyway all in all I'm pretty much willing to throw all my characters out of window and have a fresh start. Except for Hayato since keeping him around would actually make sense to me with him being teacher and all.

But yeah that was my long ramble on how I see this, opinions? Let's debate this topic to death! XD

I love the ideas of starting scratch as i seriously don't know what happened to all my characters!

Twins: I loved them but they left and i dont know how i can bring them back and if i did everyone would be hating on my beauties haha

Effy: She was my all time favourite when she didnt go mad and controlled by Michelle

Matt: He was pretty much useless haha

Sora & Riku: Sora joined the football team and Riku was loved by everyone

Kerrim: The king of Jocks

Ethan: Useless character haha

Dawn and Raven: i must amit i loved their characters but my game deleted everything off my computer so i have to rebuild everyone but lucky i had Effy saved in another file thank goodness haha

Tina: the spoit girl who i would love to bring back and take control of the school (that sounds interesting hahahaha)

But i am willing on starting all fresh and also recycling characters if we could :D

Matt was my favorite from your characters XD (I can't explain it I just liked him for some reason)

My head is currently going bit wild with ideas for characters but I'll really have to sit down and reconsider if any of them truly is the kind of character I'd like to write out and develop further.

Honestly, I would be game to start from scratch. I love my babies but let's be honest here, it's been so long I have no clue where I even left off (or, in the case of Fox and Cristoff, they've gone through so many versions of themselves I'd much rather get them straightened out for a story purpose than have them continue to be rp characters).
Plus, there is the problem of me not even having Sims installed anymore, therefore those characters being lost in the ether of my backups somewhere, so that'd be ... problematic. ;D

Anyways, I would totally be game to rp again but new characters sound like a much better (and simpler) idea to me.

Guess we can conclude that we pretty much agree on using new characters for this :3

I agree. The head master's room isn't really my thing (i'm too much of a minimalist for that one ;D) but the rest looks cute. :)

Feel free to post them. :) I was at Desucon whole weekend and dead tired still yesterday so I haven't gotten around poking with mine yet but hopefully I'll have something put together by weekend.

Since I finished my last research paper of the semester now (handing it in tomorrow), I'm gonna actually do some character fiddling this weekend.
There may not be any pictures to go with them until April, however, since I'm also staying at my parents' for the rest of the month, so I hope you won't mind that. ;)

Lack of pictures doesn't bother me at least so feel free to do that. (I guess just give some kind of description of the character(s) to go with them for the time being before we have visuals to go with them)

So since it's been quiet here for a good while again, is there still interest in continuing Terces or maybe we should try starting something entirely different for change? (I don't quite know what yet but gimme few days and I'll come up with a setting if there's interest in such. I do take wishes regarding if you want it to be more fantasy or more realistic setting)
