Elyssa smiled and nodded, "Just let me know if you need to get away from here. Nothing's stopping us from heading outside to eat either." Max nodded at her with a small smile.
“That won’t be necessary.” It was as much to assure herself as it was to assure Elyssa. She
would be fine. One relapse enough. She gave another nod and walked towards the kitchen.

Noir sighed, "Guess there's no way to force you three to just sit down and eat there? Not like the hundred years old hidden rooms and doors will disappear even if we don't run looking for them right now...."
“Personally I would rather sit and eat or I will be vomiting again. Personally I don’t want that to happen,” Emit agreed as well. Well, that settled that then. Not that Andy minded at all. He really didn’t especially care how he got his breakfast as long as there was breakfast. Damned canteen was incredibly full though … As he looked around for seats Emit had already found a table for four and quickly ran over to claim it. “Hey guys over here,” he waved.
Alex nudged Andy “OH yeah...like I’m going to drag you 3 along until you pass out - or something else. I’m not THAT cruel.” Andy grinned and shrugged.
“Well, thank God for small favors then,” he mumbled as he followed Andy to the kitchen.
Once they were all seated with their food Noir pulled out the map again, spreading it out on the table.
"So lessee... this wall here is the most likely place to find a door if there is one I think. Of course if we're really unlucky it could be also on the walls that are in the classrooms." Andy looked at where Noir had pointed, nodding in agreement.
“Looks good,” he said, “I don’t think you’ll have to worry though. I mean, what reason would there be for secret passages in classrooms? I mean, it’s not like the teachers are gonna spy on us or anything, so they’d probably have closed those anyway.” He pointed at another place near the back of the building. “What about this then, could work, too, I think? I mean, I don’t know, I’ve never actually
built any secret passages, so who knows.” He grinned, looking around to table and caught a familiar face in the corner of his eye. “Well, lookie here …” he stood up, throwing the others a smile, “Excuse me for a second, gentlemen, I believe there’s someone I need to say hi to.” He threw Alex a wink, very much aware that they’d done the same thing yesterday in reverse, and sashayed away.

After they’d gotten their food they stood looking for a table to sit at. This place really was incredibly full, Max noted. Probably because most students didn’t want to get up early if they didn’t have to …
“Looks like my eyes
didn’t deceive me,” a voice suddenly said. It was a boy, tall but she wasn’t exactly short herself, grinning at Elyssa. “Mornin’, I see you’ve found your roommate. Mine’s over there,” he gestured to a table where three other guys were sitting, “You can join us if you like, I’m sure we can find two chairs somewhere, we’ll just have to cuddle a little. We’re making plans right now, too, you’ll love it, I bet. I mean, secret passages, what do you say?” He finally turned to her, holding out his hand, “Oh, right, introductions, my mother’d already wash my head for being rude. I’m Andy, nice to meet you!” She bit her lip, looking down at his hand before shaking her head slightly. Watching the smile fall from his face was almost painful. “Right, not a handshake person then? I get it, it’s fine, don’t worry about it. You can go and cozy up somewhere private, too, if it’s the people thing bothering you.” Looking down at her tray she finally took a deep breath and looked him right in the eye.
“I’m Max,” she said before turning to Elyssa, “we can join them if you like,” she assured quietly.
